This is one of those series that has me biting my nails in anticipation of the next book. Waiting not so patiently and shifting from foot to foot for my next hit. Who would've thought this is where I'd be today and how I would feel.

Ms. Kane is one of the very few authors that can make me feel a myriad of emotions, all in one book. Sacrificial Magic is no different.

From the amazing writing, to the non stop story and characters that have stolen my heart. S

"Giving a fuck what other people thought was a road straight to misery and pain; an obsession of the weak. To believe otherwise was to live in a fairy tale."

Awesome!

Once again I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to smack Chess or hug her. Sacrificial Magic took me on a fast paced, action-packed emotional ride. I could not put this book down.

This book was intense!!! I still think the 2nd one was the best, but this one was pretty good. Lots of drama and intrigue. I've been listening to this one on audio because the narrator is REALLY GOOD. The characters have their own dialec and when I switch off to read the paper version, I still hear her in my head. I think listening to the books is better than reading them, it adds a whole new level to the story, but you have to pay attention. A lot happens on each page and you can't zone in and ...more

*NO SPOILERS

The Good: Chess and Terrible are back! The action is top notch and it is a great book to read.

The Bad: Chess’s loves to mess up and we get plenty of that in Sacrificial Magic.

The Romance: Terrible 4EVER! That’s all I’m gonna say LOL.
