It's been awhile since I've read the first book. Having said that, I was able to quickly get back into the action. Loved how confident Ami was. Enjoyed the romance develop between Ami and Marcus. Something BIG is going down- potentially 2 BIG things. Lots of action in this one. Had fun guessing what Ami was, never thought it would be that. Huh. Well, if what she said is true, that's the 2nd big thing.
Bastien and Seth are intriguing and look forward to their stories. ...more

Very good second boom. I love Ami. She's so strong and sweet. It took me a bit to accept what she was but I figured with everything else why throw stones at aliens ツ And again... now I really can't wait to find out what Seth is and where the immortal guardians come from... Ami hinted a bit about it but not enough. If anyone reads this I'd love to hear what people think. ...more
