What Members Thought
I liked this more than the first book in this series (Silent Blade). For the length, I thought this was well paced. Claire and Venturo are both fairly likable. My only issue is I would have liked more at the end. It felt rushed. Interesting world. Meli and Celino make an appearance in this one.
Loved it. I hope the series will continue and books will grow bigger and bigger:)
There is a LOT packed into this short story. Claire is from Uley which has been at war since before she was born. All citizens must support the war effort and Claire is in internet security on a bio-based system and uses her mind powers to kill the enemy.
What I enjoyed:
* Claire's side loses the war and she has to reinvent herself (and hide her kinsmen nature) to not be killed. She is deported to a planet and ends up with a job at an internet security business and has the hots for the boss

WHY DID IT END? I seriously enjoyed this book to the point that I read it in a single day, while working. It was a really enjoyable read though I was sad that it ended so quickly. Now I'm going to have to back track to the first book and hope it is as good as this one!
