This is a review of the audio book which I listened to late at night to combat a bout of insomnia.
I loved the narrator. She was very convincing as Verity and she did the voices of all the other characters quite well. In fact, I think that I lost a lot of sleep this week just because the story kept me awake instead of lulling me to sleep.

I really like the world setup in this book. Learning about all the different species was very interesting and the "mice" are amusing. Overall I liked the story and characters, but I had problems with Verity bringing a Covenant member to the workplace or home of Incryptids with no promise he wouldn't hurt them later, not to mention she never had to tell him she was a Price, since they were all assumed dead.
