holy jeezbus that was some ending! one word people: goosebumps.
my favourite bits were the ones with Adrian in it =D - typical Kissa response. He's just so damn irresistible.

the thing with the two books in this series is that I'm not particularly crazy about it in the beginning or the middle - not that i don't like it, it's just that it's not a "whoa!" kinda thing. Ahh Richelle Mead. I can't thank you enough, truly. This was just so good. I loved how the characters have shaped and grown so much you can just picture it perfectly. The cars, oh my the bloody cars are beauties! Sydney is just such a fantastic character to follow, the way her mind works -it's fabulous. 3.5 stars. This one was better than the first, but still not up to VA standards. The beginning was slow. By the time it started to pick up I couldn't believe that I was almost done with the book. It was predictable, not as much as the first book though. I don't feel that this is the same Adrian that was in VA. I hope the series continues to improve. ...more
