What Members Thought

2020:
I was re-reading this series with the intent to finish the four book "Sinner" that came out several years later. However I seemed to enjoy it the first time around, thinking it the best book of the series, this time around I got halfway through and just didn't care. Too bad. I probably would have enjoyed book #4 if I'd read it 9 years ago.
Original Review 2011:

Sam and Grace have loved each other for years. First Sam watched her as a wolf, then he held her in his arms as a boy before he lost her to the woods and wolf pack he had escaped from. Now faced with the possibility of a life without her, Sam must put his faith in genius rock-god turned wolf Cole and the potential for a true cure. However, their time is running out as a local lawyer is determined to exterminate all the wolves in Boundary Woods.

It was very strange to read the UK version of this story set in Minnesota...torches & chips kind of threw me for a bit.
There was no tidy end, but I still enjoyed the read quite a lot.
