Shelves: fantasy, e-pub

Probably 3.5 but I rounded up because I did like a lot about this. I liked that Cat & Bee were together more and I continue to love that relationship. And I enjoyed all the radical/revolutionary talk and action. And I really loved that Vai, although powerful, keeps getting rescued by Cat. You could probably write a paper about all the ways their roles are gender swapped and I loved that too. But I also felt like it dragged a big at times.
