Breaking Dawn wasn't my favorite, but however, it held so many shocks that I didn't foresee coming. I won't spoil for those who have not read it yet. It was a bit slow moving, and Edward stands out in each book. However, I didn't really feel his presence in the book. It's like he's there, but he's not really there. You feel? I loved the series! I think anything that gets people reading is a good thing. And I enjoyed the characters!
After reading the first book out of curiosity and not enjoying it much i had no plans to watch the movie. Unfortunetly, the pressure was so high i gave in and liked it so much better than the book.
So again i couldn't help myself, but want to find out how it ended. Reading this book seemed like the better option than waiting a year for the next movie. I have to say i liked the conclusion and can't wait for the next movie. I'll be front and center on the first day in theaters. ...more

this was the best book of the series. i couldn't put it down. i can't believe there is no 5th book - i feel like a friend has moved away & i know i will never see them again.
