This was a fun read. I enjoyed the characters and reading about the relationship between Cat and Bones. But I was bored at times concerning the action and what was happening, it was pretty much the same type of action and fighting repeatedly. The story is character driven and I do enjoy the characters, but I would prefer more of interesting story line that has some great characters. However, I will read #3 because it is a fun read and I like the characters.

I thought Halfway to the Grave was amazing but One Foot in the Grave blow me away times 100. I heard that Bones would not be in the book for hald of the book, so I thought oh, no it's not going to be that good, but boy was I wrong. Every page was just great and Bone's absence did not make the book any less than if it was if he was in every entire scene in the book. These Night Huntress books are just addictive as hell, I just can't put them down.

oooohhhh... this book was GOOD!!
I clearly remember that about a month ago I had no idea who this "Bones" character was and couldn't really understand what was the big deal with him... well... I know now!
Frost's writing is so easy to read, you don't even realize you've gone through half the book until it's too late. The plot was pretty interesting, the dialogues quite funny and witty and the new characters were wonderful, even those who we can't but hate.

Nicely done. I am not a fan of first person view books but 2 deep in this series has proven that if done right can be VERY enjoyable. Though I would love to know Bones's thoughts.
I loved the sex scenes in this installment more then the last. It gad a rougher, more intense rawness to them. Although I may be a little bias because I am a bit fond of the rope play. :)
Lovely twist and great ending that leads into the next book famously if I so so myself. Another home run for FROST! ...more

Another stunningly written addition to the Night Huntress series. The characters are just so vivid and loveable. The story itself is engrossing and fast paced. Can't wait to read what happens next!
