OMG I just did a marathon reading session with this book.
how have I avoided this series before today.
the ending was a bit of a cliffhanger in my books.....I had to actually check that there was no pages torn from the book cause it just ends and I expected more.
well I suppose there is more...in the next book.
OK first thing tomorrow I'm going to the library to get the next book in the series.
definitely on my to buy list. ...more

At first, I was annoyed with the main character, just couldn't relate whatsoever. The further I read however, I began to realize how the character develpoment was so important to her character. Now, I am a fan and looking forward to the next one!

Probably more 3.5 than 3 stars. Mac's story is fun and dark and cool, but I didn't care for the reflective narration or the fact that it didn't really have an ending. And I really wanted Mac to have some more bark in her.
