This changes everything. Holy cow.
Go. Preorder this now. Plan to stay up late. ~~Have alcohol near by.~~ scratch that. Alcohol will make you fall asleep.... CHOCOLATE! That's it. You MUST have LOADS of chocolate. The book should come with a bar strapped to it. (and an oxygen tank.. I could really use an oxygen tank right about now)

Oh, Chloe Neill, you might as well have just staked me. Hard Bitten will leave you speechless, breathless and possibly leave you full of many many emotions. I loved it and hated it at the same time. And you will get my meaning when you flip to the last page of this book.

You guys have no idea how much I want to explode right now, explode all the secrets of this book, but I won't. I pray that the next week goes by fast so I can finally discuss with all my buddies, but this book was a roller coast ...more

Uhhmmm uhh what?

Ok, the good. Both Ethan and Merit grow a bit in this book. I like his regret for how badly he negotiated their relationship and I like that Merit is able to see she was naive at first and a bit of a hypocrite later on.
I also very much like that the shifters are far more powerful in this books than others. I like that vampires fear humans and that they are not, by a long shot, in the top of the supernatural food chain.

OMG. Another fantastic book in the CV series...but that ending. OMG. Like many people, I'm torn between hating it and .... I can't quite say loving it yet, because that depends on what happens next. Can I get Drink Deep now, please?
