OK, so the ending hugely influenced how I feel about this book. I enjoyed that Merit didn't just roll over and accept Ethan, but I also think she might have been a little more hesitant than necessary. I liked how things played out with the mayor and I'm hoping that Lindsay stops being a big scaredy cat and goes for it with Luc. I will read the next one because I have to see where it goes from here, but I am not optomistic.
