Good first in series book. With lots of Greek mythology, in fact, that is the basis of the book, though it is set in contemporary times.
Leader of the Guardians, our hero, Theron, is a descendant of Hercules and lives in Argolea (think Olympus for Heroes). Our heroine is Casey (Acacia) who unknowingly is half Argolian and half Human ie a Mizos.

A great short, free read from Amazon on Kindle. I will definitely be continuing on with this series. I like the use of mythology and the world building. I want to follow this one through and see where it goes!
meh more like 2.5/2.75 stars. Could have been really cool, the concept with the Gods and all, but was sort of lack luster. I skimmed a lot and was bored by most. I didn't feel there was great characterization. It seemed superficial. I prefer Elisabeth Naughton's Romantic Suspense Trilogy. I probably won't read the next one, but if it's free I might.
