That's more like it! I haven't really felt the last couple of IAD books, but this is a return to the earlier form I loved, and perhaps it's no coincidence that I enjoyed it as much as I did Bowen's book - maybe I really do like the old werewolves! At one stage Nix asks if we're seeing a pattern, and yes, some of this is a bit formulaic, especially the heroine who keeps secrets, but I loved Garreth and the whole trip up the Amazon was great. The end left me verra keen to read the next one!

This book is in the top two of my favorites in the IAD series. I love all the books so far, but I must say I have a thing for Lykae! Garreth and Lucia are great together! The chemistry between them is phenomenal. Excellent book. Do yourself a favor and read this series.
