Loved this book... I wasn't sure how Linda Howard would work around Candra's connection to hero and heroine, but she did a great job! Loved Sweeney's obliviousness to Richard at first, and then just plain loved the interaction between the two...5* ...more

Rushed in every way. The relationship is not satisfying because you barely get to know her before they’re together and him not at all. The mystery was alright except the talkative villain and the tstl behaviour by the heroine that gets the ball rolling for the climax. I mean come on. I rolled my eyes so hard at her when she leaves that painting out to be found. So frustrating!
