Oh Vlad how I missed you and Leila.
I have been counting down the days and this book was a good ending to Vlad and Leilas story but at the same time I felt a little unfulfilled. I really liked book 1, 2 and 3 and maybe it was just me but the pace felt slower in this one.
I like how Ian made an appearance but missed Cat and especially Bones who are still my favorite couple.

In the beginning I was thinking to that there was too much going on too fast, and I was going to put the book aside for awhile. So glad I didn't.
Before I start not much will make since to you if you haven't at least read the previous books in the Night Prince series before now. The series is worth reading or like in my case, listen to. (Thanks to the lovely narrator: Tavia Gilbert). So...Go back to Night Prince series book 1: Once Burned.
