Really enjoyed this one. I was a little put off when I first realized that this next book in the Wicked Lovely series was not going to be centered on Ash, but would be an installment much like the story of Lesley, Niall and Irial, but I'll tell you. I'm glad Marr has written these and given them more than a Novella because they add so much to the world of Wicked Lovely and I find myself loving these characters so much...even if I'm going crazy wondering what is going to happen with Ash and Seth! ...more

My Thoughts:

I thought about waiting until tomorrow to write my review but there's alot of info to take in & I wanted to write it while it was still fresh in my mind.

First, Aislinn, Keenan, Donia & a few other characters are completely absent in the fourth addition to this series. Apparently Keenan is off playing hooky somewhere. Not that I'm complaining. I am beyond sick of this Aislinn/Seth/Keenan love triangle, not to mention I'm pretty disgusted with Aislinn right now after all that crap that

Different but good....

My only caution would be, try not to have any expectations when reading this book. Yes, it's different from others in the series. And it centers around a different character. But take the book for what it is, "Ani's story"... try not to look at it as just another step in "Ash & Keenen's or Seth's" story, and I think readers will really enjoy it.
At last I have to say, I am very impressed by the way the author is weaving her story as well as with the dynamics of Faerie courts

I was so excited when I found this at the library. I enjoyed Melissa Marr's Wicked Lovely series. I loved the characters - Keenan, Niall, Irial, Seth, Donia and Aislinn. But I have mixed feelings about Radiant Shadows.

Perhaps it's because it took me a long time to get into the story. I had read about 100 pages before I felt some connection to the book. The main characters from the other books are not in this book, or play a really small role, which was disappointing for me. I had a hard time get

This fourth book in this series is excellent. It follows Ani & Devlin mostly and you just know there will be another book to follow.
