I was really disappointed with this book. I had a hard time even finishing it. By about 2/3 of the way through, I seriously disliked all the characters. Keenan is... ugh. Donia has always been a jerk, but in this book she really takes it to an extreme. I can tell that the author wants us to feel sympathetic to Don, because of her "tragic circumstances", but every major character in this book is dealing with as much or more than Don, and her judgemental and horrible behavior towards them killed a ...more

The third book in the Faerie series begun in Wicked Lovely finds Aislinn struggling to find some sort of balance in her life as Summer Queen. As summer draws nearer, she finds herself being pulled more towards Keenan, the Summer King, but her heart is still with Seth, her mortal boyfriend. As Keenan tries to pull her to him, Seth struggles with being a mortal, and therefore weaker, than all those around him, even though he has ties to three Faerie courts. As Seth seeks his own solution, will any ...more

Like this one... but had less of an ending than the first 2. What I mean is that there is clearly a 4th on the way for each of the first 2 could stand alone and be seen as having a conclusion - where as this one, to me doesn't. I am eager to see how the triangle that has been set-up is resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed this book - a more traditional view of fairies, with courts and good vs. dark etc. Now I just need to figure out how long the wait will be until the next one! ...more

Another wonderful book in Marr's Wicked Lovely series. Trouble continues to grow between the courts, with the addition of the High court as a key player in this one. I enjoyed learning more about it and Sorcha. I always liked Seth, so seeing him come forward in the lead role of this book was great. Niall's role was another big plus for me, although it was disappointing that there was no furthering of his story with Leslie. All in all, a great story and way of bringing Seth in as an even more piv ...more

I liked this book. I'm torn between a 3 and a 4 star. I love the book's voice, the descriptions and word choices. It's not as dark as the others. It'd been a while since I read either of the two previous books. It wasn't such a problem because I liked a lot of the world building that took place in the previous books that they stuck with me.

I was surprised at the turn of events. I would've never thought Seth would be where he has ended up and his relationships with Sorcha, Niall and Donia. Especi

I like this book better than Ink Exchange. Didn't like Ash in this book, but glad to hear more about Seth. Cannot stand Keenan and will be glad when Ash sees him for the jerk that he is. I don't think we are supposed to like Sorcha, but I do. I was surprised that Seth wasn't more upset when he learned of her deception. Niall seems to be adjusting well to being Dark King and I'm glad he's still a good friend to Seth.

With-reservations:
Not as bad as the other 2 books but still suggestive, casual se

I couldn't really get into Wicked Lovely and didn't like Ink Exchange much but I enjoyed Fragile Eternity. Not sure why exactly - perhaps I was just in the right mood. It was slow to start with and I nearly just gave up but I am glad I finished it. ...more
