Loved the wedding and glimpses of Mercy and Adam in love. Loved Coyote and the little background into Mercy's Native American heritage. But I can't for the life of me figure out why Mercy had to kill the river monster when we have spent the last 6 books talking about how omnipotent and scarily powerful the fae are. Why would the fae send a human girl - whose power is only that she is fast and has a strong sense of smell in coyote form - to kill a 90+ foot tentacled, mind-controlling, poisonous, ...more

Good addition to the series. My favorite part was the letter at the end. Glad I read this one. Still a great series.
