This book got 4 stars instead of 3 by surprising me with the ending. Many times in YA books, they are super predictable, so I appreciate something outside the box. It was fun. A YA book told from the viewpoint of a very typical teenage girl who just happens to be a witch. If you look, you'll see it's published by Hyperion, which is part of Disney Book Co., and it has a somewhat feel good Disney vibe to it, even though if I think about it, there were some unpleasant events and imagery, but yeah, still had the vibe.

Overall, a book you can just pick up and enjoy as a quick, light read :)
