A unique take on the fairie genre. Wings has an interesting romantic story, themes of self discovery, coming of age, family and good versus evil. It has a nice blend of world building, action and emotion. The characters are interesting and different from many young adult books today but I feel that many people looking for something different to read would enjoy this book if they enjoy young adult novels.
