What Members Thought
Good story. Lots of characters to keep track of, so it can be confusing at first, but has a nice pace and a good conclusion.
What I enjoyed:
* Riley. Boy was she having an awful day. I like the core strength and her teasing banter with Conlan.
* Conlan. I like that he knew what he wanted and was willing to do whatever it took to get/keep it.
* The warriors. We got a few different personalities that will be nice to see play out in their own books.
What could have been better:

Um.
I wanted to like it. I really did It has good reviews on Goodreads and the premise seemed interesting. I just couldn't stand the writing style.
This may be one I come back to later, though. The premise seems too good to let go so easily...
