Be advised that this review is for the entire series of THE HUNGER GAMES. I have broken it down into segments to share my thoughts in a more orderly fashion (since I tend to ramble).

I thought this was the best book of the three in the series. I definitely recommend reading it, although, I felt the ending starting from where she encounters her sister, shall we say to keep from spoiling things, seems rushed. There were so many more details and tying up of loose ends and conversations that were needed that I felt a bit cheated. Gale, who was a well developed, complex character, seemed to become very non-complex. But hey, I didn't love Breaking Dawn, either, and I still think T

When compared to the other 2 books in the trilogy, I have to admit this book was a little bit of a letdown. It just seemed to drag a bit, especially the first half of the book, but it was an enjoyable read. To be honest, after the first 2, I wasn't sure how the author was going to be able end the trilogy in a way that satisfied everyone, but I think she did a really wonderful job with the ending.

I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.
The final book in the trilogy doesn't disappoint. I read the book straight, in a single sitting. Finished it at 3am when I had to work the following morning. I had a box of kleenex at my side, and believe you me, I used it.
I have been thinking all day about what to write in my review. I have a bunch of friends still reading this book, so, in order to avoid spoilers, it is hard to say much. Let's just leave it with this:
