Still a good book, just not one of the best in the series. Sookie is recovering from the events of the last book and I think that makes her a little more melancholy than normal. There a lot of things going on in this book and most of them get tied up pretty well by the end. I didn't really care for Eric's "family" and wasn't sad to see how that ended. ...more
