Singing dinosaurs, dust bunnies, and a dash of romance. A fun science-fiction story that is easy to get into.

The setting is Rainshadow, on planet Harmony. Aliens have left the planet long ago, leaving behind ethereal cities and mysterious technology that some humans can use. Ella has a talent - she's a Siren, and can sing paranormal harmonies that kill. That doesn't make her much suited for dating, until she meets Rafe, who knows what she is yet isn't repulsed by it.

Ella Morgan is a Dream Analyst from a prestigious musical family, she's also a Siren, but don't tell anyone. On the World of Harmony, many things are the same, and a whole lot are very different.

Ella is surprised by a desperate Dust Bunny, and goes down into the catacombs to offer assistance. There she frees 6 more dust bunnies from alien tech experimentation and in the process is found by Rafe Coppersmith who discovers her secret, and asks her out for coffee.

I love Harmony and the dust bunnies, so I'm always excited to read a new book in the series. This one has a Coppersmith looking to hire a musical talent to help with the wildlife (dinosaurs) in Wonderland.

What I enjoyed:
* Great to see the meeting of the dust bunny and human, love that Lorelei was her "first client"
* Ella was great. She is tough and capable and caring (starting her own business and protecting her friends' from marrying psychos)
* Rafe was protective and resourceful
* I was surprise

And the dust bunnies steal the show as usual. I'm hoping that dust bunny love may be in the air based on Lorelei and Rex bonding over their love of sparklies. :) Anyway, this was perfect for the holiday week and it made me miss the Arcane series in the other timelines (although I think I'm in the minority on that) ...more
