This was a good end to a very good series. I loved all the characters. The side characters in this series really gave it life. The villains were perfectly villainous, the heroes very heroic. The only complaints with this book was that it dragged a little at the start and took awhile to get going. However once it started rolling it was brilliant. I really like that the story of B and Gio will end here. I agree with the author that their story is finished , but I cant wait to see more from this wo

Wow, that ending was something. I would have never guessed Lorenzo was who he was and was so petty. I mean, once it was spelled out for me. I could understand how he became the whiney bitch he became.
As sad as I am to see their story end, this was a great conclusion for Beatrice and Gio. I can go into the spin-off knowing they have no unfinished business out there.

What a great series! I am glad that Elizabeth Hunter will continue with Carwyn's and Tenzin's stories. What I liked about this installment was seeing the evolvement of Gio's & Beatrice's relationship. I definitely felt sympathy for Lorenzo but felt he was only a minor character in this installment. Overall, I enjoyed it.
