It's been a while since I've read an Argeneau book. I really enjoyed the first books in the series but the later ones didn't work as well for me. I skipped a couple and picked up this one because most of the negative reviews were because the heroine is 62 and has sex. Lynsay Sands does that in some of the earlier books as well, have an older heroine for her immortal heroes and I do like that. It worked here in that I liked Dante and Mary together. The magic never dies. I cannot believe this is book 25 in the series and Lynsay keeps surprising and impressing me with each new couple. the last couple stories were lacking that special something for me but Dante and Mary's story is putting Ms Sands back on top for me and i am DYING to know what happens to Tamasso... going to be a long wait now.
