At this point in the series, what you want more than anything is to get into Dex’s mind. Know what makes him tick and what makes him do the things he does. And this is the perfect little nugget of information to satisfy those cravings. Well, not satisfy, but appease.

Team Dex all the way baby!!

Enjoyed getting to know Dex Foray better with this story as it discusses what happened in Dex's life and what was going on in Dex's mind in between the time Perry left Dex's apartment and when Dex arrives with Ada in Perry's room a few months later.

I loved that Rebecca played a big role in helping Dex get his life on a better path. She is such a good friend to Dex & Perry.

This novella comes from Dex's point of view as he wallows in self-pity after being a total jerk. Dex was not in a very good place; luckily he has great friends that help him out of his funk.
It's really cool to get Dex's perspective of On Demon Wings.

As readers of my reviews know I am dreadful most of the time about reading series out of order and trust me it's not deliberate, I honestly try to read them in order if I am aware of the series etc. This was one of those books as it happens to be Book #6.5.
