BEST NOVELLA EVVVVER :) Haha. No, for realsies I absolutely loved reading from Dex's pov. I loved getting peeks into the way his mind works, his thoughts on different interactions with Perry, and bits of his history. It makes me want to read this series all over again right now, just cuz I know what he's thinking a bit more :). I mean, quite honestly, I may just read this series again right after I'm done with the next two! I am speeding through and I don't wanna, but I can't help it! Love love ...more

Dex Dex Dex, I didn't know your mind would be so good to read about. I loved every line of it. I'm not sure where to start as not only you get a rare glimpse into the mind of (in my opinion the most crazy character I have read about) Dex. When I was reading the series, more like eating it up, I wanted to know more this enigmatic, elusive character. We usually get to know only what Perry is thinking but it's so hard to know what Dex is thinking. Does he like Perry? Wha ...more

I hate reading the same book in a different pov usually.Usually the 'male voice' comes off..all wrong. It usually makes me feel that the guy has no life outside from the first person's story. But I have to give it I KH she nailed it.

The book I've been waiting for! We finally get a glimpse into Dex's mind, find out how he feels about Perry and how he became so dark and damaged. This novella tells bits and pieces from the previous books from Dex's POV. A great read! ...more

I enjoyed this book, but it could have easily been melded with And With Madness Comes the Light. It was kinda cool to see things from Dex's point of view and we revisit some of the creepier moments of the series.

Yet, I would have rather read a new story then revisited the old. But then again, I'm not reading this series to find out if Dex and Perry will end up together (we know they will), but because of their adventures and dynamic. ...more
