I never settled into this short story. The opening is so lovely with father and child. Then, something awful happens. I simply didn't like the event which isn't fair but is true. It made for a good plot and a good twist into the larger story arc of the series but didn't capture me.

Dragos is in trouble and it's Pia's turn to save the day!
The little family of three are settling into their new home which is still undergoing construction, when an accident threatens their new beginning.
Pia is a strong woman and she shows ample proof of that in this short story, taking charge of a difficult situation and making the best of it.
I look forward to seeing how the events of this story will affect them in future books and how Liam is developing and dealing with his unique talents in P ...more
