A+mazing! Another dark, seductive installment in the addictive Lords of Deliverance series and perhaps the best yet. Thanatos, the Horseman of the Apocalypse known as Death, is a dangerous warrior who’s bearing of violence mixed with vulnerable longing makes for one lethally sexy hero. Larissa Ione has delivered once again! Big 5 stars!

I have always had faith in Larissa as she's yet to steer me wrong, though after the events in Immortal Rider I was doubly curious as to what would happen in Lethal Rider and how she would redeem Regan in the readers eyes.

Thanatos & Regan are both hiding secrets from each other and everyone around them, neither fully trusting anyone - that alone gave me an idea that this would be an emotional journey! Throw in a heavily pregnant Regan, a pending apocalypse and people trying to kill her and you ha I have always had faith in Larissa as she's yet to steer me wrong, though after the events in Immortal Rider I was doubly curious as to what would happen in Lethal Rider and how she would redeem Regan in the readers eyes.

Thanatos & Regan are both hiding secrets from each other and everyone around them, neither fully trusting anyone - that alone gave me an idea that this would be an emotional journey! Throw in a heavily pregnant Regan, a pending apocalypse and people trying to kill her and you have an action packed plot.

I must admit that I absolutely adore stories with pregnancies and babies, it's not to common in the world of Paranormal romance though so I always expect a little more from it and I certainly wasn't disappointed.

I couldn't help but feel for Regan as you uncover the truth about her history with the Aegis and her origins, you could feel her struggling to deal with her actions and also her feelings with both Thanatos and the baby growing inside her. Yes her actions in Immortal Rider weren't forgiveable but I do like the fact that she felt remorse and I like to believe that if she hadn't been drugged also then there may have been a different outcome. At the end of the day she can't change the past and the only forgiveness she needs is her own and Thanatos's.

Thanatos owns the page when he's in a scene, seriously he's my favourite brother. I loved the insights we get into his character and his developing relationship with Regan. I love the fact that they didn't resolve their issue's right away, they had to put the effort in and I believe it was worth it.

There's so much going on outwith Thanatos & Regan's relationship. I enjoyed catching up with Wraith the most, though the plot developments in this book are amazing and it really sets everything up nicely for Reseph's book. I can't wait for Rogue Rider and the upcoming Demonica novels. Larissa is an amazingly talented woman and her books remain on my favourites list. A well deserved 5 stars!

As I read this book I kept thinking Thanatos may be my favorite horseman. I loved how Ms. Ione wrote his character to be the jilted pissed off deadly horseman, that was used to save the world from the Apocalypse. Just about everyone in this story has their hands in preventing or causing the Apocalypse, and the Aegis has decided to strike while the iron is hot to prevent the destruction of the world. Their interpretation of how to stop the Apocalypse is to make Than a father. Demon-slayer Regan i As I read this book I kept thinking Thanatos may be my favorite horseman. Pestilence is a real ass in this one. He goes all out to cause as much chaos as he can, to his siblings. He inflicts pain, heartache, and destruction to his siblings and their family. His one true goal is to start the Apocalypse and he wants to break Thanatos's seal as soon as possible.

Thanatos, has to deal with quite a bit in this story. He has a big secret that starts to bite him in the ass, it is exposed, and he has to finally answer to it. He has to deal with being used, being betrayed, becoming a father, passion for the woman who tricked him, and saving the world.

The Aegis go through some changes and I can only hope that Lance gets his right up the ass in any upcoming book. He is such a foul assed-bastard.

Loved this one. Thought it was faced paced, dark, witty, sexy, funny, and many sweet moments.

"Fine, he muttered, taking her wrist. You're a terrible prisoner, you know that?"

"You're going to pleasure me." He got a dark, wicked thrill from her sharp inhale. "Whenever I want. At my every whim."

Than said, "she's better. No thanks to you. But she's having... what are they called? Breaking Dicks?"

There were several appearances from the UG medical staff including Wraith. Loved catching up with Eidolon, Shade, Con, and a sneak peak from Gem. ...more

This was so GOOD!!!
Pesty isn't all that after all! I got the impression he doesn't have an original bone in his body. He needed help to mess with his brothers and sister and the one that helped him isn't that angelic anyway. The excuse given for going bad was petty. Seriously? That was the reason you were mad?
I makes me almost want to read the first two books over again to see if I could catch any clues. But that's almost.
