Deep breath. There was a moment that really pissed me off. Let's get that out of the way first. If I wasn't reading this for Bingo, it probably would have been DNF'd.
Brand and Addy (Adara) are the main characters. So, of course, Brand is a walking wet dream. I guess that gives him the excuse to behave in less than desirable ways. Eh, it's kinda .... cute. More like 2 1/2 STARS, giving it 3 is REALLY stretching it for me. I just couldn't get that into it.

Started badly but recovered - must be in the mood for a silly, light read.
What I enjoyed:
* Once past the beginning, the book is a silly, fun read.
* The lunch scene with the two warriors who take everything literally and all the Southern idioms was hilarious, especially after the chocolate pie
* Dooley, the eventually talking dog and the (view spoiler) cat
What could have been better:
* The woman on the cover has dark hair. Addy's blonde (almost white) hair is a subject of man ...more
