Hoooo boy! 4.5 stars rounded up to 5! This book was something else. Nobody was like able here - except 3 year-old Jack - lol! This was a juicy, gossipy, guilty pleasure of a novel - I really enjoyed it! I have very mixed feelings about Sophie - she really was a mess. Everybody had secrets - a lot of secrets. But I had so much fun with this fast-paced reality television-inspired thriller. This is the perfect “sit on your porch with a nice cool beverage” type of read. What an absolutely fun read!

Very entertaining, like Desperate Housewives! These women are seriously messed up! They have way too much self obsessed time on their perfectly manicured hands! There are some twists, but mostly you just hate the haters! It is a trainwreck that is hard to put down!

My very first initial thought of The Hunting Wives was that it wouldn't be something I'd like. But when I heard it was a mixture of Big Little Lies and Desperate Housewives, I was sold!

Sophie, Graham and little Jack move to a small town in Texas, a big change from the hustle and bustle of Chicago. I’ve been in reading slump for a couple months and this fast paced, suspenseful book did the trick of getting me back on track with my reading! Fun read about suburban moms behaving badly and murder. Highly recommend!
