What Members Thought
Particularly enjoyed book 6. So many wonderful moments. When Isabel gives Lettuce a bit of what-for and how-do-you-do-sir I was so proud of her. The treachery of Minty was wicked and Isabel's soft touch made her easy prey. But, Isabel's goodness and philosophical outlook allowed her to resolve things so neatly, I was once again proud of her. Also glad she has finally accepted that Jamie is a permanent part of her life. Still loving this series.

McCall Smith contiues with his easy, quiet literature. Enjoy his use of the English language in these.
A pleasant read, but not really a mystery....
