I really enjoyed this latest title in the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency series. For one thing, there's a little more, dare I say it?, action in this one, although admittedly that's a relative statement. I just love these books. I love the main character and her wisdom, and I wish I was more like her. I'm giving this four stars just because the mysteries were a little more forced than usual. Usually the outcomes are exciting and somewhat surprising (though they are certainly not hardcore mysteries), but this time they weren't as clever or able to capture the quick wit and intelligence of Mma Ramotswe. That being said, it still had everything I loved about this series.
