This book was a great read! It had lots of action, and was addicting!
The thing that I loved about this book is that it wasn't romance, romance, like it is these days with YA books. It was mainly focused on freedom, something we barely think about. I also loved that the real Outside world was also imperfect, so that will make for a fabulous second book.
The thing that could have improved is that it got a little confusing at times. I'm really confused right now as to who the War ...more

I keep putting this off as I'm not a huge dystopian fan but it's a huge favorite with the kids at school so I'm in...

Interesting set-up and well-drawn characters, however, there is no clue as to the time period in which the story takes place or even in what part of the world it takes place. I will reluctantly read the sequel in the hopes these answers are provided, mainly because this one was well-written. However, I will be very upset if my questions are not answered satisfactorily.
