I'd say it's a 4 star book up until the final chapters that made me go *WAAAAAH!!!* and forced me to tack on the final star.

This was a great book and I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I really connected with all the boys from the maze, their slang wasn't irritating (like in 'Uglies') but believable and subtle. It was a little slow paced at times and I felt equally frustrated along with Tom when people wouldn't answer his questions but other than that it was a awesome dystopian book. I really want to figure out what is going on!!

Well done dystopian fantasy where teens are part of a test to see how many variable they can endure. Can't wait to read the sequel!
