I literally have chills right now after finishing this book! This is one of the most chilling dystopians I have ever read. I can't believe the ending!
I spent the first half of the book, not really enjoying the story much at all. A lot of that came from the fact that the reader is kept in the dark just as much as the main character, Thomas. Thomas only knows his first name. That's it. And while the rest of the boys in the Glade know a bit more, they are reluctant at telling him anything. Apparent ...more

2.5 stars. This one was a chore for me to get through. The lack of character development and world building left me wanting more. I just never really understood this world and didn't care about any of the people within it. The ending felt rushed and lacked detail. All in all I describe my feeling towards this book was as "meh".

KILL THE MAZE (A Review of The Maze Runner)
Thomas woke up in a box realizing his memory was totally wiped out except for his name. When the box had been opened, he found himself along with other boys in a place called "The Glade".

I liked this book because of the interest to want to know what would happen to the characters. The author made you care about what happened. I love science fiction although I would say I liked watching sci fi movies instead. What intrigued me was the mystery surrounding the place that the main character finds himself. We want to know more about the place he is at so we keep reading to try to unravel the mystery. We learn a lot of things along the way, why they are there and how they are going to

This is a book I have to give five stars. I loved how when you started reading you also had no clue what was going on you felt the way Thomas felt wanting answers. I had a hard time sleeping during reading this because I did not want to put it down. I knew that each page held answers I was seeking. It had adventure and suspense and I just loved it and so happy I waited to read this so that I do not have to wait so long for the next book. I only have to wait a few weeks and after reading the endi
