What Members Thought
I was teaching New Testament to teens the year I read this, and encouraged them to do likewise as the book provided such good background on the divergent groups in Israel. I loved this book and how the story line interweaves with Christ's life.

The first couple of chapters were GREAT! However, I could tell that I was going to have trouble seperating truth from fiction after I finished reading it and don't want to take that chance. Maybe I'll try again later.
