I read the prequel to this series and loved it so much that with that and the fact that I have seen so many great reviews on it, I just knew I had to start this one.

Sadly, it was super hard for me to get into. Way more hard than I was expecting it to be, which was odd because like I mentioned, I loved the prequel but the beginning of this was way different than the prequel. I really really liked this book.

I am a big fan of dystopia. So I was really looking forward to this book (plus the cover and title are awesome)!

The book is told from two points of view. The first narrator is Aria a 17-year-old Dweller who has grown up in Reverie (which is in a pod/an enclosed city). She is used to spending her time in virtual Realms with her Smarteye (a patch you wear on one eye that can take you to the different Realms).

I was so enamored by this creative place of pods, moles and savages that I can't wait to get my hands on the next book. Perry and Aria are two very intriguing characters that I would love to follow till the end. Such a mix of creativity and vibrant writing.
