This is the first book in The Story of Us series and words cannot describe how much I loved this book. It is such a well-written story. When you read the last page, you will want to read it again.

Cassia Leo knows how to write an amazing and beautiful read filled with wonderful characters and a storyline that is filled with so much emotion and intensity. The Way We Fall, wow I thought things couldn’t get any better than Black Box but this certainly is right up there as one of my favourite books by Cassia Leo.

Cassia Leo's writing is impeccable her style is so fluid that it transports you to a place and by the end of her books you feel as if you have left visiting good friends. I really enjoyed reading the story of Houston and Rory because it was a unique tale of a complex love story spanning more than a decade. I wasn't ready for the big twist in the plot however I cannot wait until book 2 comes out. PS yes there is a cliffy but it's a good one if you ask me.

I never know what to expect when I read a new series by Cassia as she writes so many different types of stories. Some touch me immensely by their subject matter and this is one of them. Where do I even begin? I knew from the start this was gonna be an emotional story. I don't think I prepared myself for quite how emotional it would be. I guess first and foremost I LOVE Houston!!!! What a tortured soul. He is going through so many things. And for the most part he's going through it all alone. He has Rory in a sense to deal with some of the things but then things all changed. It's hard to say anything without sharing spoilers. I can say that you definitely want to read this story

The Way We Fall, is one of those beautiful stories that will haunt you for a long time coming. Cassia has a knack for giving us stories that completely rip our hearts to shreds, and then slowly piece them back together again.

First of all let me just start off saying Cassia Leo you've done it again!! Once I started reading I couldn't stop, the story just pulls you in and won't let go! The story of Rory and Houston is just absolutely captivating and leaves you wanting more! I definitely can't wait for the next book to come out to get more of both these characters!

I LOVED this book! Cassia Leo never let's me down. It has angst and humor and her characters, Rory and Houston are broken yet so much in love! I fell in love with Kenny as soon as he was introduced and he continued to make me smile through the book. If you loved her Shattered Hearts Series then this is a must read!

As with all Cassia Leo's books you get great characters. We just get a taste of the story of Rory and Houston. Even though it stops in a good place I can't wait for the next book for their story to continue.
