A slight but charming fantasy adventure drawing upon the Norse gods – I read it in a hour, which made it expensive, but a hour spent with Nail si a happy one and so I don’t mind.

Excellent for what it is, an imaginative children's tale set in the realm of the Nordic gods. If you enjoy Scandinavian myths (East of the Sun, West of the Moon) and the Asgard myths this is very enjoyable.

His endings are always at least as good as his beginnings.
