I gave Nightshade 2.5/5
So I guess I will start with the few positives I can think of in this book. First of all I love the cover.. thats what drew my attention towards it. Other than that I liked Ren, Bryn and Ansel for characters and I guess the plot was paced nice ... as you can see I am struggling to think of any positives in this book so I might as well get to the negatives.

i was entralled by this book. in the beggining it took a while for me to catch on to the world, but i ended up liking that about the author. she completely submerses you in her world without so much as a roadmap. it's an amazing story.. except the end sucked for me. i had it all wrong i picked the wrong guy i guess. cant wait to read book 2! ...more

I don't know why but I thought this book was going to be a disapointment..Maybe because I've read pretty much bad stories lately.. But I love this book!! It's amazing, sweet, sexy and exciting! This is one of those books you wish had a thousand pages so you could read like forever..I really loved it and I think I'm going to read it again later.. Though I can't decide which team I'm on.. Team Ren or team Shay?? They're both very sweet so I can't decide yet.. Can't wait for Wolfsbane! ...more
