I loved John/Midnight. He's pretty much my fantasy man. He's tall and a little bit broken and the sex... it couldn't have been any hotter.

I even liked how caveman John got towards Suzanne. I like when I find both the H/h to be enjoyable characters on their own. And this was one of those cases.

There's a lot of sex but story as well. The ending came a little too suddenly for me. I had to go back and re-read it just to make sure I didn't miss anything because it was that quick and sort of abrupt.

Book 1 of an enjoyable series, although i think the hero John Huntington would be a bit too alpha for me!!!

4 stars for the couple/story, 2 for writing. I really liked this story and can I just say that I want to meet a guy with John's body type? All these heroes are described as giant and I want to meet one like that...even if it's just once. Some of the writing and dialogue was a little painful though... ...more
