WOW!love it, it was amazing. how Pamela is going to top that i have no idea but from the review about Pamela she does and i cant wait to continue reading.

Kara has been hurt by the man in her past and now is very cautious with the men she meets. Reece has no problem taking it slow and showing her that he's there to stay (as many times as it takes ;)). they meet at the right time. but they meet when she's having margaritas with her BFF. 4.5 stars. I haven't been moved to finish a novel quickly in months. But, this one i just could not put down. I really enjoyed the story. Fast moving with good, if a little predictable twists and turns. Both leads were very likable. I also very much enjoyed Clare's realistic references to childbirth and breastfeeding. ...more

THis book really grabbed me from the start with an extremely funny introduction to the hero State Senator Reece Sheridan and the heroine, newspaper reporter Kara McMillan and continued to hold my interest throughout. The relationship between reporter and politician took a new spin as they become involved romantically. Kara works on a developing story which is reminiscent of Erin Brockovich which turns dangerous.
