This book was amazing!
I've had extremely good luck with the Contemporary Romances I've read this year, this is usually a genre I steer clear of but I'm really starting to re-think that idea given the fantastic ones that I've read recently, this book has been on my wishlist for quite a while now but because of the genre I've shied away from actually purchasing it, and then I received a copy for review and I kept hearing so many good things about it that I finally gave in a ...more

Absolutely and I mean absolutely loved this book. I loved tge story everything behind it. Travis Maddox I want to be ur forever and always. You just became one of my favorite bad boys of all time. Wow terrific angsty book of the trials and tribulations of a college relationship between tattooed tough guy biker Travis and street smart Abby who has just left behind the world of gambling and crime for a normal college experience. Travis is not the kind of guy Abby thinks she needs but she cannot seem to live without. Nicely done Jamie McGuire. Totally great flow, emotion and heart. Best friends to lovers theme. I really love the characters and chemistry.

However, I don't like the conflict and story. I don't understand why they don't/can't date in the first place. They got feelings for each other, even share a bed every night,so why not? Why don't any of them make a move? I think it needs more strong fundamental story.

And that on-off relationship...

Well I just could not put this one down even though at times Abby pissed me right off. But Travis...wow, totally off the rails but loved him :) Really enjoyed this and got through it in one night.
