Annoyed with this book. Would give it 1.5 stars. I didn't hate it, just didn't like it. It droned on for wayyy too long. It could have been shorter. I felt like it was all over the place. I hated the name Leo. Why? He stood up for a lot of things, had a lot of opinions and the one thing he should have put his foot down on was this. Leo? Booo.

I was hoping Lothaire would gain a suitable match. I certainly think he deserved better than what he got. Oh Ellie.

I absolutely love Kresley Cole. I have read every book she's written. And, I am a huge IAD fan. But I put off reading this for quite a while. I read the synopsis and the whole Appalachian hick-chick threw me off. I recently decided to jump back in to PN and missed IAD so here I am. First, let me say I like the book. I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS BOOK

Who would have thought our dangerous and uncaring Lothaire would end up being such an emotional person who could actually love?!?!

This book had me from the start to the finish. Up until this book i hated Lothaire with a passion BUT now i am in luuurrrveeee :)

I love the cover of this book, Lothaire looks handsome, exactly the way i picture him throughout the book.

I really, REALLY loved his book! And I admit - I wasn't thinking that Lothaire's tale would be one of my favorite of the IAD series - but it is! I adored Ellie the hillbilly and watching the relationship develop between her and Lothaire was a thing of beauty. And the developments with Lothaire and Nix were unexpected but great. And I hope I don't have to wait a year to read something else from the Lore. This really makes me want to do a re-read of the entire series because I am always amazed by ...more
