What Members Thought
An interesting book, and I'm definitely willing to give Magic Burns a go, both because of the pseudo-post-apocalyptic setting and because of Curran. Whereas some UF books are about the emotional journey and connections of the main characters, such as A Rush of Wings, which I also read this week, (I don't necessarily mean romantic connections) Magic Bites is definitely about the central mystery and ass-kicking. I give this book a 3.5, towards the end it was def. more of a 4, but it took me awhile to get into this book. Review to come.
