Shelves: read-2011, 3-star, ebook, paranormal, dnf

I don't dislike the book, really, but it reminds me of why I don't read PNR. The romance or the paranormal story or both gets shortchanged. In this case, it's both.

Well, this has sat on my currently-reading shelf for a year now, and I still can't be bothered to pick it back up. I think it's safe to toss it on the DNF shelf. ...more

So, I finished reading it. I'm torn between giving 4 or 5 stars (big difference, right!). Because of my new schedule this month, I had to keep picking it up and putting it down, when I would've rather read it one or two sittings- to keep the momentum going. Instead, everytime I picked it up, it seemed that Capt. Huntley and Thailia were staring at each other, and having inappropriate thoughts about each other again.
