I already had anticipation for this book because of the cover and it was about Angels, you don't find many of those, but once I learned that Kristina Douglas was the alias for Anne Stuart I had to read this book and I was not dissappointed. I must say that I have been looking forward to this one once I found out that it was written by Anne Stuart who first got me into romances through her Halequin and Avon stories from late 80's to 90's. I have heard mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this book. The story made sense and the tension between the two worked and I finished the book wanting to know more. I liked the story but I am confused. This series seems to be about the evil side to the game? Fallen angels themsleves are not evil but they want to unite with Lucifier to regain life in heaven? I am hoping the next book with bring more answers.
A lot of pages dedicated to the main character wining about being dead. I didn't like it until the end when they realize they are meant to be together and the action happens.
